Yellow Plate Wala · Pune cab service

Outstation cabs from Pune

Planning a trip beyond Pune? Yellow Plate Wala takes enquiries for one-way drops and return journeys, including Mumbai, Lonavala, Shirdi, Mahabaleshwar and other destinations listed on our home page. Tell us where you need to go, your travel dates and who is coming along. The team will discuss a suitable car, fare and availability before you decide whether to book.

Request a quote on WhatsApp

Fare, car and availability are confirmed by the team. An enquiry is not a booking.

Choose a one-way drop or a return journey

A one-way enquiry is useful when you need a drop at your destination and will arrange the rest of your travel separately. Include the full drop location, rather than only the city name. If you need stops along the way, mention them before requesting a quote so the team can account for your actual itinerary.

For a return journey, share both travel dates and explain whether you need the car during your stay. A same-day visit, an overnight family trip and a journey with local sightseeing are different plans. Ask whether waiting, overnight arrangements and travel within the destination are included in the proposed fare. A return trip request does not by itself confirm that the car remains with you throughout.

Build the itinerary around your purpose

For a Pune to Mumbai trip, tell us whether the drop is a home, office, hotel or airport. An airport journey needs flight and terminal details; use our airport transfer guide for that enquiry. For Lonavala or Mahabaleshwar, distinguish a direct hotel drop from a day out with several places to visit.

For Shirdi, Bhimashankar, Jejuri or Trimbakeshwar, share the temple stops you have in mind and whether you plan to return the same day. Let the team know about any fixed appointment or arrival requirement. Discuss a workable itinerary before confirming, and arrange any admission, accommodation or other destination bookings separately unless their inclusion has been expressly agreed.

Ask for a quote that covers the whole plan

An outstation fare depends on the itinerary being quoted. Ask for the total and a written explanation of what it covers: tolls, parking, driver allowance, any applicable permits or taxes, and overnight charges where relevant. If the quote uses kilometres or days, ask how distance and the chargeable travel period are calculated, including any minimum charge.

Discuss what happens if you add a stop, change the destination, travel farther than planned or return later. Ask for the applicable extra charges before you agree. Keep the quoted itinerary with the fare so both refer to the same journey. We do not display a fixed route price because a quote needs to reflect your dates, car and travel requirements.

Match the car to passengers and bags

The fleet enquiry options include a hatchback, sedan and family MPV. Share the number of passengers and describe your luggage, including large suitcases, a pushchair or other bulky items. Seat count alone does not tell you how much luggage fits when those seats are occupied. The team needs both details to discuss an appropriate option.

Tell us about any requirement that affects boarding or comfort, and ask whether it can be accommodated. If a particular vehicle model or arrangement is essential, have the team confirm it explicitly. The illustrations show vehicle categories; the exact model, passenger capacity, luggage space and availability are confirmed during the enquiry. Passenger numbers shown on the home page exclude the driver.

Send the details needed for a useful reply

Your first message can include the pick-up address in Pune, destination address, departure date and preferred time, one-way or return plan, passenger count and luggage. For a return, add the return date and a rough itinerary. If plans are still forming, say which details are flexible and which are fixed rather than treating a provisional itinerary as final.

Mention multiple pick-ups, planned breaks and additional stops at this stage. A short itinerary in travel order is easier to quote than a list of places without dates. For a destination not shown in the form, choose Another destination and describe the journey. Availability for that request needs to be checked with the team.

Confirm the journey before departure

Sending a WhatsApp enquiry does not reserve a car. Before considering the ride booked, confirm the agreed fare, inclusions, car arrangement, pick-up details and how the team will acknowledge your booking. Ask when you will receive the driver or trip contact details, along with any payment requirements.

Discuss cancellation, rescheduling and itinerary changes before paying or confirming. If your plans change afterward, contact the team promptly and request an updated agreement where necessary. Keep the written fare and itinerary accessible on the travel day, and provide a contact number the team can use to coordinate your pick-up.

Common questions

Can I request only a Pune to Mumbai drop?

Yes. Choose a one-way trip and share your exact drop location, date, passengers and bags. The team will check availability and quote for your request. If you also need a return, include it in the enquiry.

Can we visit more than one destination?

You can request a multi-stop itinerary. Send the stops in order, travel dates and any waiting or overnight requirements. The team needs to confirm the itinerary, car availability and fare before you book.

Are tolls and driver allowance included?

Check the inclusions in your individual quote. Ask the team to state tolls, parking, driver allowance and other applicable charges clearly, along with how any extras will be calculated.
